Terms of Service
By using MIHAN Maid Services you agree to these terms. MIHAN is a marketplace that connects customers with independent maids near MIHAN, Nagpur. Maids are independent service providers, not MIHAN employees.
How bookings work
1. A customer creates a service request. Request credits are used as described in the app (first requests complimentary, then paid credit packs). 2. Interested maids respond; the customer selects one maid. 3. A booking is confirmed only after the selected maid accepts it. 4. When the maid arrives, the customer shares the Start Service PIN in person. The maid entering that PIN is the only trusted record that service started. Never share the PIN in chat or before the maid arrives. 5. The maid marks work complete and the customer confirms. Stale pending completions may auto-confirm after 24 hours.
Location sharing
During a confirmed trip, the maid shares her live location with that booking's customer only, with her explicit permission. Sharing ends when the service start PIN is verified. Location is never shared before assignment or after service start.
Payments
Customer credit packs and maid marketplace access are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and do not auto-renew. See the Cancellation, Refund & No-Show Policy for how cancellations and disputes are handled.
Conduct
Provide accurate information, treat the other party respectfully, and use in-app chat and reporting for issues. Misuse, fraud, or abuse may lead to account suspension after review.
Liability
MIHAN provides the matching platform and evidence records; services are performed by independent maids. To the extent permitted by law, MIHAN is not liable for indirect losses arising from services arranged through the platform.
