Privacy Policy
MIHAN Maid Services (\"MIHAN\") connects households around MIHAN, Nagpur with independent maids and service partners. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: name, phone number, and login credentials used for OTP sign-in. - Service details: your service requests, booking history, chats with maids, and reviews. - Location: your approximate service locality when you create a request. A maid's live location is collected only while she is travelling for a confirmed booking, with her explicit in-app permission, and is visible only to the customer who owns that booking. Live sharing ends once the service start PIN is verified. - Payment references: we store payment confirmations and credit ledgers. Card/UPI details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by MIHAN.
How we use it
To match you with nearby maids, run bookings, verify service start and completion, keep accounts secure, prevent fraud, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
- Matched maids see only a masked profile and general area until you select them; the selected maid sees the details needed to perform the job after confirmation. - We share data with service providers (payments, messaging, hosting) only as needed to operate the app.
Your choices
You may request account data or deletion through support. Some records (payment and audit history) may be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
